현대 건축의 3대 거장 중 한 명으로 손꼽히는 프랭크 로이드 라이트(Frank Lloyd Wright)가 'Falling Water'콘셉트의 주택을 탄생시켰다. RIVA로 이름 지어진 하우스는 자연의 아름다움 속에서 휴식을 찾는 이들에게 더할 나위없이 아름다운 경험을 선사한다. RIVA는 폭포처럼 언덕 아래로 흘러내리는 캐스케이드(Cascade) 형태를 차용해 자연 지형과 조화롭게 결합한다. 전체적으로 정돈되고 현대적인 선의 사용으로 단순함과 미니멀리즘을 추구하며, 수평면과 캔틸레버 섹션은 건물이 풍경 위에 떠있는 듯한 착각을 불러일으킨다.

The exterior of the guest house is a study in clean, minimalist lines. Horizontal planes and cantilevered sections create the illusion that the building is almost floating over the landscape. The facade is dominated a combination of floorto-ceiling glass walls, providing uninterrupted panoramic views of the Camps Bay coastline and carefully positioned structural walls. Inside, the guest house
is an epitome of luxury and comfort. Each of the three suites is thoughtfully designed to maximize the guest experience. An open floor plan on the first level features a spacious living area, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and a dining space, all seamlessly connected to the terrace.

내부의 게스트하우스는 고급스러움과 편안함을 위해 현지에서 공수한 재료를 사용했다. 세 개의 스위트룸은 각기 다른 매력으로 이용자들의 경험을 극대화하고, 조경 위로 살짝 들어올려진 전용 발코니는지루한 일상의 탈출구와 같다. 야외로는 풍부한 자연을, 내부로는 현대적인 가구와 각종 편의시설을 갖추고 있어 투숙객에게 편안함을 제공하는 동시에 자연환경과의 연결성을 유지한다. 또한 1층의 개방형
평면을 통해 관통하는 자연이 야외와 테라스를 거쳐 침실, 식사 공간까지 매끄러운 공간감을 부여한다.
